Computer is computer and nobody can guarantee it has the bug-free software installed. Windows 7 is not exception. It could take a lot of resources from the system. Just kill the process and delete the file. In my case the number of handles exceeded the max number of handles available. So, sooner or later… you have to reboot a computer.
